Beowulf

Beowulf is an epic poem in old English, this poem talks about a scandinavian hero called Beowulf.
The hero embodies, the virtue that people should have, for example, courage, loyalty.
Beowulf crosses the sea and arrives in the land of Danes, here he has to kill Grendel.
Grendel is a monster who embodies the evils of society.
When he returns in his homeland he became king for fifty years, when he has to kill another monster, a dragon.
This dragon terrifies his land when he kills Grendel, his mother and the dragon he dies.

It was written in verse, there are a lot of assonance and alliteration to improve the memorization, this poem was oral, but after was written in verse,

NO MORE NOISY NIGHTS

Jackson works all day and at nine o'clock he climbed into bed,when he heard a noise in his new house it was a ghost so he asked to the ghost if he could stop that noise and gave to the ghost a box.
The night after he relaxed on his favourite chair and at nine o'clock he climbed into bed when he heard a noise from the basement it was a monster, so he asked to the monster if he could stop that noise and after dinner left a box at the bottom of the basement stairs and at nine o'clock he climbed into bed, when he heard another noise it was the pixie of the piano.
The morning after Jackson was so tired and put some sheet music in the piano to stop that noise and finally he close his eyes and feel asleep in his new house, with new friends.
